So a few months ago, I noticed that on the top right hand side of my ITunes window, their is a dark gray circle that looks like it is meant for a profile picture. However, I have looked in my account settings and I can not see any option to add/change a profile picture.

I believe you can still change the profile picture on the mobile app. Even that didn't work for me as well until I logged into spotify online on my PC and for some reason the profile picture change.
I thought that it may somehow be linked to my Icould account so I added a profile picture to that, but my Itunes account still remind with just the gray circle.
I'm hoping that someone on here by have the answer as I have tried googling it and have not found any answers.

It is worth remembering that the process to change the profile picture of Spotify can only be accomplished through the application of Spotify for computers. Unfortunately this option is not yet available for smartphones like Android, iPhone and others.
If your Spotify account is connected to your Facebook account the music streaming service will use it as default, so if you prefer you can change your Facebook profile photo, so your avatar in Spotify will also change.

Setting up a profile picture in Spotify for computer
- First open the Spotify for Windows app on your computer.
- Click on your name located at the top right of the screen to go to your Spotify profile page.
- Now hover on your currently profile picture and click the “Change” button.
- A window for choosing a file has been opened. Look for the profile photo you want to use and click “Open” to change your Spotify profile picture.
Removing your Spotify profile picture
