I want to download Spotify but it won’t work, I’m new to iPhone and I tried all I could do to change my region as it said Spotify is not allowed in your region, how can I change this and how can I download not only Spotify but other apps that require to change my region. I don't know what's going on. On my phone under the title of the song there is a! Surrounded in a circle with the song greyed out. I've been able to download local files to my phone before but it doesn't work this time for some reason. Also the spotify on my PC won't download my songs either. It's stuck on 'Waiting.'

  1. Go to the playlist you want to download.
  2. Switch Download on .

A green arrow indicates the download was successful.

Set the app to Offline Mode

Note: In Offline Mode, you can only play music you’ve downloaded.

  1. Open Spotify.
  2. For Mac: In the Apple menu at the top of the screen, click Spotify.
    For Windows: Click File in the Windows menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Offline Mode.

Download music and podcasts

  1. Go to the playlist, album, or podcast you want to download.
  2. Tap to download.
    Note: On Android, tap Download on to download an album or playlist.

  3. Tap Playback.

Download with mobile data

By default, downloading with mobile data is disabled. To enable it:

  4. Under Download, switch on Download using cellular.

Tip: We recommend downloading over WiFi to avoid mobile data charges.
